Chairman / Marcus LinMr. Marcus Lin, our chairman, graduated from both Xin-Pu Industrial College (now called St. John’s University) and Law And Business College Of National Chung-Hsin University (now called National Taipei University). He has technical and law background and has more than 30 years of practice and experience on Intellectual Property right issues.

Chao-Chun LinMr.Chao-Chun Lin, our attorney-at-law, graduated from Law School of National Taiwan Chengchi University, joined us in year 2005. He has more than 20 years of practice and experience on Intellectual Property infringement processing and also provides various counsel services in civil and criminal law.

Patent Attorney / Sharon LinMs. Sharon Lin, our patent attorney and C.E.O., graduated from National Taiwan University with a master degree in biochemical Science and technology. After a few years’ work, she continued studying related to intellectual property rights and finished a Law Credit Program from School of Professional Education and Continuing Studies of National Taiwan University. Sharon specializes in patent application, patent prosecution, patent search, patent invalidation, and infringement assessment.
